Remanufactured Engines: Cylinder Heads better than new

Taking time to make perfect Remanufactured Engines

All cylinder heads are critically inspected to ensure our engines have no defects.  Cylinder heads are resurfaced to an extremely smooth finish to ensure proper mating to the block. Valve seats are cut on state of the art equipment, forming all three angles at once to ensure the correct seat width, concentricity and consistent mating surface for good valve seals and heat transfer.

Once machined, the cylinder heads are ready for assembly to factory tolerances by using all new, high temperature valve stem seals, valve springs, and hardened valve locks. Each valve/spring combination is individually tested to provide the correct spring pressure and vacuum tested to ensure a tight valve seal, critically important for your replacement engine.
