Every rod installed in our remanufactured engines go through a rigorous restoration process.  The result is a virtually new rod installation. Rods are:

• Chemically cleaned
• 100% remanufactured - bores are machined to original tolerances for size and surface finish
• Checked for bend and twist - any rods not meeting exacting standards are discarded
• All bushings are 100% replaced - only new bushings are used in our rebuilt motors
