QS-9000 Quality Assurance
Marshall Engines Meets the Manufacturing Standards Required by the Big 3 Automakers
The quality system at Marshall Engines has been registered to QS-9000 since October 15th, 1998. This registration is acquired by documenting and implementing a quality system compliant with the QS-9000 set of standards and having an external auditor verify initial and ongoing conformance and continuous improvement. QS-9000 was developed by the "Big Three" automakers to ensure uniform, dependable, and continuously improving performance from all of their suppliers.
What does all that mean to you?

Very simply, QS-9000 certification qualifies Marshall Engines to manufacture replacement engines for the Big Three. Marshall Engines must produce car engines acceptable by Ford, Chrysler, and General Motors.
Consider this and think about what being QS-9000 certified means to you. Marshall is an industry leader in adopting superior standards when they are first introduced. Very few engine remanufacturers can claim the QS-9000 certification and fewer yet have been meeting those standards since 1998.
